DELIVERY AND FREIGHT: Unless otherwise specified, Game Gear ships all orders via UPS at discounted rates. UPS Next Day, Second Day, and Ground delivery available upon request. For FEDEX delivery add $11. Check with Game Gear Customer Service to determine which service is recommended for your area. All goods are shipped F.O.B., Salt Lake City, Utah. Game Gear makes every effort to ship stock merchandise within 24 hours of receipt of order. We try to manufacture custom merchandise within two to three weeks. However, due to the seasonality of certain styles, delivery dates may differ. Therefore, when ordering custom merchandise, please call for our current delivery schedule.MINIMUM ORDER: All orders under $50.00 will be subject to a $5.00 service charge. Samples and fill-ins will not be subject to a $5.00 service charge. All orders are subject to acceptance by Game Gear.
TERMS AND PRICING: NET 30 terms are given to accounts with prior credit approval. COD terms for all others. Cobblestones also accepts VISA and MasterCard. New customers (without prior credit approval) will receive their first order COD or on VISA/MasterCard. All invoices given discount pricing must be paid by the assigned due date or discount will not be applied. Accounts with past due balances will be placed on credit hold. COD accounts may not have drop shipments without prior approval. COD orders must have verbal or written (faxed) authorization on dollar amount before order will ship. We reserve the right to ship complete unless otherwise specified. Prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. 1.5% interest (18% per year) will be charged on overdue balances. Purchaser agrees to pay the cost of collection on past due invoices, returned checks, reasonable court costs and attorney's fees as a result of any legal action taken to collect on overdue invoices.
RETURNED CHECKS: Returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 service charge.
RETURNS: Returned merchandise will be refused without a return authorization number. R. A. numbers may be obtained by phone, fax, or mail. Defective merchandise must be reported to our Returns Department within 30 days of shipment. Shortages and misshipments, including wrong merchandise and incorrect colors, must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Call tags will be issued for defective merchandise and shipping errors only. Customer is responsible for return freight on all other returns.
Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days. Custom and screen printed merchandise cannot be returned for credit. Game Gear reserves the right to determine the amount of credit issued on defective merchandise and the level of responsibility of the purchaser.
RESTOCKING FEE: A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returned merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors. A 50% fee will be charged to all cancellations of special order goods (whether shipped or not) if not cancelled within 24 hours of order date. Sizing samples over 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
SHRINKAGE, SHADING, SIZING AND IMPRINTING: Game Gear will not be responsible for shrinkage or defects caused while merchandise is being imprinted by outside sources. Due to various methods of cleaning and laundering, we are not able to guarantee against shrinkage and color fastness. Game Gear goes to great lengths to insure that our colors consistently match. However, due to slight variations in the dying processes, subtle color differences do not constitute defects in materials or workmanship. Manufacturers' sizing varies, so you must use our sizing charts. We cannot be held responsible for your garments if they are not sized properly. If you are worried about the sizing or color of our products, call for sample swatches or garments. The size you order should be determined by the measurement that would indicate the largest size (i.e. if your chest would indicate a size Medium but your waist size is a Large, order a Large). If you are between sizes, always round up to the larger size. Styles, colors and sizes are subject to change at anytime and without any notice. Screen print samples in photos are representative only and not part of the garment sold. Printing on panels is not included.
PREBOOK ORDERS, INTERNET & DISCOUNT QUALIFICATIONS: Orders booked 60 days in advance may qualify for greater discounts and extended terms. Call Cobblestones or your Sales Representative for more information. *Internet discount is automatically taken off at time of internet order. Call us to set up your password for your internet access. ACCOUNT SET UP & MISCELLANEOUS: *Allow 3-5 business days to put on GAME GEAR logos. We offer sample packs at 50% off wholesale. Accounts may be closed if customer fails to purchase at least $500 worth of merchandise during the calendar year. We sell to authorized dealers only.
